  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion (about 2 green onions)
  • 2 tbsp. chopped chives
  • oil for grilling

Directions

  1. Heat grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
  2. Stir ingredients together until a soft dough forms then turn out onto a surface sprinkled with a little extra Bisquick mix.
  3. Gently knead the dough a few times (try not to overwork the dough) then form into a 6-inch by 6-inch square.
  4. Use a knife or bench cutter to cut the dough into 9 even squares.
  5. Lightly oil the grill or grill pan. Add biscuits to grill and cook on both sides until grill marks appear, 1-2 minutes per side.
  6. Next, place biscuits, in one layer, onto a large sheet of aluminum foil then cover with another sheet of foil. Turn down the grill to low or place onto a cooler part of the grill and cook 5-10 minutes until light and fluffy.
