- Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Big Deluxe Classics™ refrigerated oatmeal raisin cookies
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- 6 to 10 caramels or 2 to 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch square pan with cooking parchment paper.
2 Press 9 cookies evenly in bottom of pan to create crust. Top with pie filling. Crumble remaining 3 cookies over pie filling.
3 Bake 45 minutes or until edges are bubbly. Remove from oven to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
4 To make caramel drizzle, microwave caramels in microwavable bowl on High about 1 minute or until melted. Drizzle over cooled bars. Cut into 3 rows by 3 rows for 9 rows or 4 rows by 3 rows for 12 bars
