Detox Tea Recipe
- 1 cup hot water
- 1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Squeeze of lemon
- 1 Tbsp of raw honey
- Dash of cinnamon
Boil hot water and pour into your favorite mug. Stir in the vinegar, honey, lemon and cinnamon. Take three deep breaths and sip slowly.
