Instant Fudge ( only 2 ingredients)

I’ve been making this fudge recipe for years and it really is the easiest fudge recipe ever. Seriously, you can make a batch in just minutes and the results are perfect every time! It’s delicious too!

Instant Fudge ( only 2 ingredients)

You’ll need:
8×8 pan
Parchment Paper


  • 14 ounces can Sweetened Condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.


  1. Put the tin of Sweetened Condensed milk in a bowl of warm water for about 10 minutes. (you want hot milk to melt the chocolate)
  2. Microwave the chocolate chips for 1 minute.
  3. place the Sweetened Condensed milk over the chocolate chips stir until smooth adding 15 seconds at a time back in the microwave if not smooth.
  4. Spread evenly in 8×8 pan lined with parchment.
  5. Chill two hours or until firm.
  6. Turn fudge onto cutting broad. Peel off parchment.
  7. Cut into squares.
  8. Store covered at room temperature.
