This Lemon Icebox Pie recipe is the perfect marriage of two of my favorite things. The wonderfully sweet tartness of lemon and the soft and creamy texture of condensed milk . It is seriously hard to stop eating.
EASY NO BAKE LEMON ICEBOX PIE
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 2 Can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup lemon juice ( fresh squeezed )
Open the 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk into a mixing bowl, add in the lemon juice and stir.
Put mixture in pie shell and refrigerate . Add cool whip and garnish with fresh lemon slices if desired.
