Simple Chicken Gravy

Rich, classic easy gravy adds the perfect finishing touch to many chicken dishes. Follow these easy directions to get it right.

Yield 1 cup

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp. butter
  
• 4 tbsp. flour
  
• 2 cups chicken broth
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  
• 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

• Melt the butter, then add the flour and blend thoroughly. Slowly add the broth, salt and pepper and blend until mixture thickens. Serve.
