Rich, classic easy gravy adds the perfect finishing touch to many chicken dishes. Follow these easy directions to get it right.
Yield 1 cup
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Melt the butter, then add the flour and blend thoroughly. Slowly add the broth, salt and pepper and blend until mixture thickens. Serve.
