Spinach-Mozzarella Cheese Balls

Spinach and cheese balls, this power-packed snack is made up of cheese and paneer, 2 dense sources of protein. Paneer has a bland flavour and thus blends well with any ingredient.

Spinach-Mozzarella Cheese Balls

Ingredients

1 1/2 container frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed in order to drain
1/2 cup Low-carb baking mix
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 cup tomato pasta sauce, if desired

Directions:

  1. Heat stove in order to 400°F. Spray cookie sheet along with cooking food spray. In big dish, mix all elements, except pasta sauce. Shape mixture in to 1-inch golf balls; place on cookie sheet.
  2. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or even till golden brown. Immediately eliminate from skillet. Serve along with pasta sauce. ready to serve.
