This balanced smoothie is great for a meal replacement or after a workout.
- 1 banana
- 1 1/4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 5 whole almonds
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 3 tablespoons protein powder (flavored your choice )
Place the banana, strawberries, almonds, and almond milk into a blender. Blend to mix, then add the ice cubes and puree until smooth. Add the protein powder, and continue mixing until evenly incorporated, about 30 seconds.
