Strawberry Cheesecake in a jar

1 1/2 cups graham crack crumbs, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) brick cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) tub whipped topping
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Fresh strawberries
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter until the crumbs are well coated. Spoon 1/6 of the mixture into each of 3 medium-sized mason jars.
In an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese, whipped topping, vanilla, and sugar until light and fluffy. Spoon atop the crumb mixture into the jars. Top with a bit more crumb mixture, then finish off the jar with the remaining cheesecake mixture. Cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Serve topped with fresh strawberries.
