BJ’s Pizookie
Pretty much any night of the week calls for a BJ’s Pizookie. Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations …. Never had one? Well, it’s essentially a deep-dish cookie cake served hot out of the oven and topped with ice cream. But here’s where things start to get fun. Rather than choose one flavor, we’ll show you how to bake a cookie cake with three different cookie doughs: chocolate chip, peanut butter, and white chocolate macadamia nut.
Triple-Flavored Cookie Cake (Inspired by BJ’s Pizookie)
Tips: The doughs can be homemade or store-bought. If you decide to make homemade doughs, freeze any leftovers in a freezer-safe bag for 6 to 9 months.
