Hazelnut Banana Cake Pyramid
Hazel is something that we all like, banana contains Vitamin B6 The
Manganese, Vitamin C, Potassium, Fiber and more.
How good is to combine these ingredients in a small snack cake for our children, and adults too. An easy and fun recipe that everyone can help. I have added Honey Maid crackers (the box says 8g of whole gram)
You can use the one you like cookie, these cookies I choose, are quite hard never moistened with stuffing (So I like my), if you use a softer or porous your cake stay moist.
Hazelnut Banana Cake Pyramid
Ingredients:
- 16 cookies (I used Honey Maid)
- 14 oz Hazelnut Spread
- 1 banana
- aluminum foil or stretch film
Directions:
- Put an aluminium foil or stretch film over the table. Arrange the biscuits with three rows as parallel. The area of the biscuits can be 3 biscuits width and 2 biscuits length as shown at photos.
- Step One: Accommodates cookies
- Step Two: Spread with Hazelnut
- Step Three: Place a layer of biscuits
- Step Four: Again with hazelnut spread
- Step Five: Place biscuits, banana and cookies (look picture)
- As a final step, apply the cream onto bananas and biscuits. Move up with your hands on the sides and give it the shape of the pyramid.
Leave the refrigerator for 3 hours. to finish you can cover with chocolate, or more Hazelnut Spread, or just sprinkle with powdered sugar. Decorate to your taste
Slice and put it into a serving plate. Serve cold with tea or coffee.
