LOVE Frozen hot chocolate. So I decided to make my own frozen hot chocolate.
This simple and flavorful recipe is packed full of flavor and a breeze to make. Plus, the kids will love helping to make (and of course drink!) these fun frozen treats.
Frozen Hot Chocolate with Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
To make 4 cups need:
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk ( low fat)
1/2 cup milk low fat
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups ice cubes
To decorate:
whipped cream (low fat or whipped light cream)
Chocolate cookies cut into pieces (to taste 4 to 6 cookies)
Steps:
Put some chocolate syrup in a glass (form drawings to make it look more fun)
Blend, chocolate syrup, sweetened condensed milk, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and ice in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Serve immediately pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate cookies. Enjoy!
