Tortilla with Veggies and Cheese
Enjoy a tasty tortilla snack with this Mexican-inspired. Loaded with flavor, this recipe is ideal for those who do not eat meat, spinach brings a lot of iron to the body. Really healthy, with very little oil
For a person
Ingredients:
- 2 tortillas flour (can be the same size or image of different sizes
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup red pepper
- 1 chopped garlic
- 1/3 sliced champions
- 12 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400F
- In a pan, spray with oil and cook the peppers, onion and champions. When this tender (approximately 4 minutes) add the chopped garlic and remove from heat. and reserve
- Spray Oil a baking tray.
Place a tortilla on the pan, add tomato sauce stewed vegetables (onion, pepper, and garlic champions) salt and pepper - Put on this spinach and cover with another tortilla.
- Add to cheese and bake until golden and bubbly cheese. about 15 minutes
