  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • Ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie
  • -Energy-Boosting Green Smoothie
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 green apple sliced
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • -Kiwi and Blueberry Smoothie
  • 1 ripe kiwi peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • -Tropical Mango-Pineapple Smoothie
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk optional for creaminess

Instructions

  • -Spinach and Banana Green Smoothie
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency with additional milk if needed. Serve chilled.
