  • Torta de Huevo Egg Torta
  • 4 scrambled eggs
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese Oaxaca or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup avocado slices
  • Torta Ahogada Drowned Torta
  • 250 g 1/2 lb carnitas (shredded pork)
  • 1 cup spicy red sauce made with guajillo and arbol chiles
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickled onions
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Bread:
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and spread a thin layer of butter on the inside of each roll.
  • Toast until golden and slightly crispy.
