Equipment

  • High-Powered Blender (or a regular blender with sharp blades)
  • Measuring Cups (for liquids and fruits)
  • Measuring Spoons (for smaller additions)
  • Knife & Cutting Board (to slice fruit if needed)
  • Two Glasses (to serve)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk light is okay, but full-fat is creamier
  • 1 large banana sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream the secret to extra creaminess
  • Optional garnishes: maraschino cherries, lime slices, mint sprigs, pineapple wedges
  • Note: Coconut cream is sold in cans often near the coconut milk. Stir well if it separates.

Instructions

  • Gather & Prep
  • Make sure your banana is sliced and your frozen fruits are measured out.
  • Give your coconut cream a quick stir if separated.
  • Load the Blender
  • Pour pineapple juice and coconut milk into the blender first.
  • Add banana, mango, pineapple, and finally the coconut cream on top.
  • Blend It Up
  • Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until everything is completely smooth.
  • If needed, pause and scrape down the sides to ensure no fruit chunks remain.
  • Serve Immediately
  • Divide into 2 glasses. Add any garnishes you like—lime slices, mint sprigs, or pineapple wedges—for a tropical flair.
  • Enjoy right away for the best flavor and texture!

Tips & Tricks 💡
  • Sweetness Check 🍯: Taste before serving. If you like it sweeter, toss in a little honey or extra banana.
  • Banana Substitution 🍌: No banana on hand? Sub with half an avocado or a few frozen peaches.
  • Thin It Out 💦: Prefer a lighter drink? Add a splash of coconut water, plain water, or orange juice.
  • Freeze Your Fruit ❄️: Ensures a frosty texture without needing ice (which can dilute the flavor).
  • Protein Boost 💪: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder or Greek yogurt if you want to make this a meal replacement.
Variations 🌈
  • Berry Tropical 🍓: Swap half the pineapple for frozen strawberries or raspberries.
  • Green Goddess 🌱: Throw in a handful of spinach or kale—you’ll hardly taste the greens!
  • Zesty Lime Kick 🍈: Add the juice of half a lime for extra tang.
  • Chocolate Lovers 🍫: Mix in 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and top with coconut flakes for a choco-tropical twist.
Sip, savor, and transport yourself to a sunny shore with every glass! Happy Blending!
